- Returns: We regret to inform you that returns are not accepted on any of our products. Once your order has been shipped and delivered, we do not allow returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure satisfaction with your items.
2. Exchanges: We offer an exchange policy within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different size or item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Ensure that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note: Exchanges are only available for items that are in original condition and do not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
1. Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
After we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send you the new item as quickly as possible. In the case of an exchange for a different size, we will ship the replacement item at no extra cost to you.
2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product. We will either exchange it for a new item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items may be excluded from our exchange policy due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., undergarments, sale items, etc.). Please refer to the specific product page for more details on any exclusions.
Final Sale: All items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please be sure to check product details for any final sale items before purchasing.
